Bright & spacious double room, 15 mins to Heathrow

This bright and comfortable double bedroom in Staines upon Thames, (suits 1-2 people) is 15 minutes to London Heathrow and 25 minutes to Ascot racecourse. Thorpe Park, Legoland and Windsor are a bus ride from Staines. Train access to London is a 20 minute walk to the station, then a 35-40 minutes on the train, or 5 minute drive to nearest parking for the station. The garden has seating and there are lovely walks along the River Thames to Staines shops and restaurants. The space This is an Edwardian house converted to two flats and the entrance on the ground floor opens to stairs to the first floor. The ceilings are high and the place is bright and airy with sash windows front and back. The facilities are modern rather than 'quaint' and the place feels generally spacious. There is a quiet garden with seating and a table that you are welcome to use, with access from the driveway. In the room there is a desk to work at and strong wifi. No TV access other than an Amazon fire stick, since everyone seems to stream on laptops now? The kitchen has a small breakfast table where you can eat in the morning or cook in the evening and I will work around your needs as best I can in the shared spaces. Guest access The room is private and it is yours while you stay with me. I will not enter at all unless invited and will respect your privacy at all times, as I hope you will respect mine. There are shared bathroom facilities and access to the ample kitchen if you wish to cook. It is a good shared space where chatting and laughter is encouraged and debate welcomed. During your stay I will help if you need something for your stay and I will accommodate your needs as best I can, please just ask! I provide breakfast cereals, milk and bread for toast with many toppings to choose from. Tea and coffee are there for you too, of course. If you prefer non-dairy, do tell me?
