Vacation home with courtyard in Birlenbach

This small vacation home is located in the middle of Birlenbach, has a lovely decor and is fragrance-free. Even if the facades in the courtyard are still shabby chic at the moment and the whole project is still in the making, it is already a picturesque small courtyard with Mediterranean flair, which offers outdoor seating and exercise opportunities for children and dogs. The direct proximity to Limburg/Diez also offers many leisure activities. The space I think the cottage is simple but cute. The courtyard is located to the southwest and through the privacy and wind protection through the surrounding buildings somehow always cozy and sunny. It is perhaps important to know that the fourth bedroom has the heating in it, i.e. everyone has to decide for themselves whether they think that in winter, while the heating is running, it is suitable as a bedroom or not, but there are more than enough other beds, i.e. you do not have to use the room. Otherwise, it is very small but very cute and has a tiny balcony 😊 Other things to note The coffee machine is a French press from Bodum.
