Saint-Appolinard architect villa

Large villa, in a quiet countryside area, close to the city. Features large outdoor spaces equipped with children's games (cabin, slide, swing, above-ground pool), a large 90 m² terrace adjoining the house. The space Very large villa, consisting of: > Main ground floor: a large living room with a 65 m² living room/kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 children's bedrooms with a single bed - with the possibility of adding an extra single bed on an extra mattress - and a double bed, + 1 master bedroom), a large bathroom (with a walk-in shower), a separate toilet. > Upstairs a mezzanine overlooks the living room, it has a desk and a children's play area. The floor has a 4th bedroom with a double bed (no window). This house being our main residence, the cupboards and storage will not be emptied, they contain our personal belongings, please respect them. Possibility of adding two additional guests, who can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. Allow €15/night for each additional guest. Request it when you book, so that we can adjust the booking. Guest access Guests have full access to the accommodation. Other things to note Baby equipment is available: booster seat, a travel crib, a small bathtub.
