Ty Bach is situated in the middle of North Wales, just 3 miles from the coast and a short distance to all the castles, mountains and adventures in North Wales. The property is situated on the edge of the picturesque village of Betws Yn Rhos and has uninterrupted views across open countryside. There is off road parking and a private entrance for guests. The garden is private and screened form the main house, so you can dine alfresco or relax in the hot tub in privacy. The space You enter Ty Bach through the conservatory where there is an extending dining table, double sofa, music center and wonderful views. You then enter into the cozy open plan lounge/kitchen, there are two large comfortable reclining chairs, smart TV with DVD player, wood effect electric heater and fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, microwave, washer/dryer. Off this area is the bedroom with comfortable double bed, single wardrobe and chest of draws. There is an office fan for those balmy summer nights. Again off the main area is the toilet/shower room, we supply towels and toweling robes. Guest access Guests can park on the main drive, then walk to the garden gate, down the garden path to the entrance to Ty Bach. Patio and garden path have lighting. There are 4 steps leading to the entrance of the property but once inside the property is all on one level. The garden, patio and hot tub is exclusively for guest use and screened form the main house, so giving privacy. Other things to note There is a post office/convenience store which is well stocked, just a 3 minute walk away. Tesco is the nearest super market, in Abergele, 4 miles away. There is a village pub, and numerous pubs serving food within 10 minutes drive. Ty Bach is 10 miles from Conwy/Llandudno, 25 miles from Snowdon, 30 minutes from Anglesey.
