Other things to note LAUNDRY Laundry is available at an extra charge. it is US$10 per load. Detergent or softener are not provided. The service is only available between 11:00am - 3:00pm AC The AC Unit is an energy efficient model that is preset for comfort to the size of the apt. There is no remote. There is a red switch on the wall that turns the unit on/off. When using, please close ALL the windows. When leaving the Apt, please turn it off. There is a Mini mart across the street where you can get items like bread, eggs, coffee, tea, milk etc. The owner is a fisherman so you can get fresh lobster, conch (Lambie), snapper and other fish.
