There are stairs required to access the apartment. Associated noise with a lower level apartment is expected. Close to airport, restaurants, parks, and more! Associated city noise is expected and may vary based on time of day and season. There is not a view of the mountains from the apartment. There is a view of the mountains from the buildings large shared rooftop deck that is on top of the carport. KING size bed HUGE shared rooftop deck space with view of mountains. Full kitchen Private in unit free LAUNDRY. Covered parking space (no shoveling snow off your car) The building has 4 private apartments, each have their own covered parking space. All of the apartments share a rooftop patio on top of the carport and share the backyard. The carport patio has VIEWS of the Chugach Mountains! Kincaid Park is right down the road and is a great place to cross country ski and see moose. Delong lake is less than a 10 minute walk and is nice for summer swimming, paddle boarding, and winter ice fishing. Guest access Guests will have access to their entire private apartment, the shared patio on top of the carport, and the rest of the grounds.
