Towels provided for the Bath & large shower. This cottage is two days minimum rentals on the 34 acre Fairchild Ranch Headquarters, on Hwy 1. Gently sloped hills to explore. The owners live full-time in the main house which was built in 1880. The space A single studio style room, galley kitchen, separate bath with shower, front sunny porch, outdoor table and benches. Guest access The only part that is not for guests to access is the main home, where the owners live full-time.
