We are offering 2 large rooms and access to most of our magnificent house. Both rooms have a king-size bed, a TV, a leather sofa, a coffee table or a study desk. One of the rooms also has a single bed. The house is ultra-modern & in superb location, very close to public transport, only 20 mins from the city centre, 15 minutes from the sea, very near lots of shops, restaurants, cinema.... Electric gate and external cctv for security. Nice garden with BBQ area & playground. The space This is a very modern and comfortable property offering 2 large bedrooms, which can sleep 5 people: there are 2 king-size beds and a single bed. The bedrooms are upstairs and there are no baby security gates on the stairs, therefore we recommend that our guests don’t bring children under 3 years of age. Large natural stone bathroom has a shower and a bath and is exclusively for you to use Guest access Guests have access to the garden, which has several sitting and dining areas; a BBQ, a playground. Guests also have access to the large open space kitchen/dining area and to the washing machine/dryer as well as to the downstairs WC, in addition to the main bathroom.
