Serene Garden Retreat

This newly renovated garden-level studio apartment opens onto a large and inviting patio and garden--- dine on the patio, in the shade of our ancient pepper tree, or put down a yoga mat for a quiet and meditative experience. The space The newly renovated studio has a separate entrance, queen bed, shower (no tub), kitchenette (refrigerator, sink, toaster oven and microwave), closet and ample storage, shared washer & dryer, WIFI, internet TV. The garden is shared and you are welcome to explore the garden. Guest access This is a private studio, with your own separate entrance with keycode lock. The entry is down a walkway on the left side of the house (when facing the house), and security lights will come on as you approach the walk (if you are arriving late). Other things to note There is ample free street parking (no neighborhood parking permit required), and as a courtesy to neighbors, I ask my guests to park directly in front of my house when possible.
