From the pool, walk down the back of the property to the private entrance gate to beach. Beach is really only accessible from this community and the neighboring Costa Esmeralda. Enjoyable beach strolls east and west. Majority of the house has been renovated inside and out. You enter into a large living space, with vaulted ceiling. It is the hub of the house that connects to the hallways leading to the bedrooms, the entertainment room with dining area and bar, the sliding doors to the terrace and the kitchen. In the evening if you open up the sliding doors and the entrance door, there often be a pleasant evening breeze. While the kitchen has all new appliances(double filtration system, so water is quite drinkable) and 2 refrigerators, we kept the Panamanian decor and colors there as well as in entertainment area.
