Seaside 3 bed, dog friendly Caravan in Mablethorpe

Located between Mablethorpe & Trusthorpe & includes ALL bedding and electricity/gas in price ⭐️ The caravan is just a few mins walk (max 5 mins) to the direct dog friendly beach & only 15 min walk to the town centre, filled with arcades, pubs, restaurants, fair & lots more. We are dog friendly and welcome 2 large, or 3 small of your pooches! All bedding is provided - duvet, pillows, sheets. We have an outdoor shower head to wash down your sandy pooches on return from the beach! The space The caravan includes: Open plan kitchen-living-diner Master bedroom – Double bed Bedroom 2- Two single beds Bedroom 3- Double bed Main bathroom- Sink, toilet & shower Blow up bed available for the lounge Outdoor balcony including seating Outdoor shower for either the adults, kids or to wash down your sandy pooches! Guest access Keys available from key box located at the caravan. Code will be sent out the day of check in. Check in between 2.00-4.30pm Check out before 10:30am Other things to note Important things to note • We provide bedding, duvets, pillow and tea towels but guests must provide their bath towels • We provide tea and coffee making facilities • We provide cleaning products & bin bags under the sink, we would encourage you to keep the property in a clean manner, which our team greatly appreciates • We ask that upon check out guests empty all bins, strip the beds that have been slept in, wash all pots used and leave the accommodation tidy • We ask that guest leave their footwear at the door to avoid sand, mud and grass being trampled into the carpets. • We ask that dogs are respectful and don’t jump all over the soft furnishings, however dog blankets have been provided. • This property is strictly NO smoking or vaping. • There is no Wifi set up at the property • Beachfront Gate is locked from around 8pm, for security of the site, with the code provided to gain access after 8pm if required. . This is a family site, so parties or same sex groups are not permitted. . Please respect the residents who live on the site and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm, thank you :-)
