A semi-detached house with 2 double beds, 1 en-suite & a family bathroom. Perfect location with 3 local beaches, a play park & water sports hire within 20 mins walk, or a 5 mins drive to local ferry port & Quay for fabulous eateries and cafe's to watch the world go by in. The famous Sandbanks, Studland, Bournemouth, Isle of Purbecks, National Trust properties, award winning beaches & the New forest is within a 30 minute drive. So much to do, you will want to stay longer. The space This home is at the end of a small cul de sac, making it a lovely quiet place to relax. Close enough to local shops, pubs and even the local quay where there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and bistro's. 5 minutes from major road routes to explore fabulous Dorset, also with a train station located at Hamworthy 15 minutes walk away, plus local bus routes at the end of the road. Guest access You will have use of the house, two car spaces outside and the back garden. In the house you have a full kitchen, lounge/diner and downstairs seperate toilet. Upstairs is two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite and one family bathroom. Other things to note There will be a welcome goody bag for you & milk in the fridge. Internet instructions will be on the table in the kitchen along with other useful information. If you need any assistance with appliance use then please let me know. The oven is electric and the hob is gas. Heating as and when required. Pets are not allowed.
