Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located apartment. The space The apartment is for your sole use. The open plan living space contains a corner sofa with wall mounted TV containing netflix, amazon and all the usual TV apps, a dining table with 3 seats that doubles as a workspace and cushions and blankets for your comfort. In the kitchen you will find a toaster, Bosch oven, Bosch hob, fridge and washer dryer. The bedroom houses a King Size Bed with white cotton sheets, an abundance of hanging and drawer storage and wireless phone charging. A single folding bed with sprung mattress, slatted base and all required bed linen is available to be used for a third guest (max user weight of 120kg). Guest access This listing is for the whole apartment with private parking for 1 car. The parking area is security controlled and under surveillance. Access to the property is not stair-free, a small set of steps need to be walked down. Other things to note The apartment building is mainly residential so we would like guests to be considerate of the neighbours when they are coming and going. We respectfully ask that the noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm and this apartment is not suitable for parties or loud gatherings, thank you.
