(Long stays, 1 month has a maximum coverage for $100.00 in the electricity billing, if the guest exceeds this consumption must assume the additional amount generated in said billing) • “Please securely close all doors and windows when you leave” • Use and take care of the apartment as if it were your property • Maintain volume/noise at acceptable level • Parties, social events are not allowed in the apartment or social area of the building. • If due to your cause during your stay something breaks in the apartment, you as a guest must assume such expenses, please notify me immediately, so that it can be easily arranged for your comfort and that of the next guests.
