(Long stays of 1 month have a maximum coverage of $100.00 in electricity billing. If the guest exceeds this consumption, they must pay the additional amount generated in said billing) • “Please close and lock all doors and windows when you leave” • Use and care for the apartment as if it were your own property • Keep volume/noise to an acceptable level • Parties and social events are not allowed in the apartment or social area of the building. • If something breaks in the apartment during your stay, you as a guest must bear such expenses.
