Come and drop off your bags with family or friends in a quiet environment, surrounded by fields and greenery. We will welcome you to our house, which was completely renovated in 2020. It is located 3 km from the village of Saint-Avé. The bed will be made upon arrival; towels are provided. You will have the opportunity to have your breakfast (continental breakfast included in the price) in our dining room or on the terrace outside if the weather permits. The space Apart from our office, the 1st floor is entirely reserved for you. You will find your room of about 30 m2 composed of a double bed of 160 + 1 single bed of 90, your bathroom and your private toilet. We've chosen to guarantee you peace of mind, so you won't have to meet other guests during your stay. Guest access You will have access to the 2500 m2 enclosed garden, deckchairs and 10x5 m swimming pool. We do not provide beach towels or pool towels. You will be able to park your vehicle inside the property. Other things to note For people traveling with more than 3 people, we provide a 2nd bedroom equipped with 1 double bed of 140 cm. Rates on request. Check-in is from 6 p.m. and check-out is at 10 a.m. Minimum 2 night rental.
