You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this unforgettable and one of a kind destination. High ceilings and sweeping views make for a wonderful stay in our bardominium. The spectacular barn with a huge and glorious master suite is the highlight on GreenBluff. With a crazy view, it’s a great place to relax! Situated in the charming GreenBluff U-Pick farming community, we are just 15 minutes to north Spokane! One hour to Silverwood, half hour to Mount Spokane for skiing. Close to lakes! The space Come settle into this beautiful, one of a kind 30x60 foot barn suite with heat and A/C. Go up the circular staircase in the silo to the turret to reach your huge second floor suite. Throw open the big barn doors of your extra large living room to take in the stunning view out across GreenBluff. Head on out for a stroll across the bluff or open the big barn doors and just take in the beauty. It’s pretty spectacular! With Mt Spokane for hiking or skiing, the Centennial Trail and so many lakes nearby, adventure awaits! But also, just down the road are Big Barn Micro-Brewery, Wildland Wine Tasting, Walter's Fruit Ranch, and about 35 other farms to explore for U-Pick fruit, gift shopping, ice cream or lunch out! As the day unwinds, take on a friend at the pickleball/tennis court or sit on the patio with a glass of wine and watch the sun go down. Your rental is the second floor of barn and patio right outside. End the day with a movie in the huge gorgeous master suite with its own sitting area. The next morning, make yourself a hot cup of coffee in the Keurig, make some toast in the kitchenette area with mini fridge, and do it all over again! Pro tip: Our favorite breakfast is at Frank’s diner, just 12 minutes away. Portions big enough for two! To access the tennis/basketball/pickleball court, walk around front of the house to leave the back area private! Grassy areas are for house guests! Only listed guests are allowed on site. The neighbors thank you for respecting the 10 PM noise ordinance on Greenbluff! Enjoy! Other things to note There are 3 homes within this gated 10 acre property. Shared sport court with tennis, pickleball and basketball included. Please bring own gear as our often walks off! Please be mindful of staying in your own area, so that each place on the property has privacy! Grassy areas are for main house guests only. The coffee maker is a Keurig. We will start you off but you will want to bring more if you are a big coffee drinker!
