Kick back and relax in this quirky, sunny, stylish space. The space This studio flat provides a breath of fresh air - with its huge windows spanning the south facing aspect. Perfect for opening wide, grabbing a coffee and sitting overlooking greenery and hackney’s finest while listening to a classic vinyl. The property is on the top floor which is two flights of stairs in a beautiful conversion property. As this is a studio, the double bed is neatly tucked in the corner with a divider which can be used when going to bed. Because of the incredible light this studio offers it was a shame to install blinds so instead we have black out stick self-adhesive blinds which attach with Velcro when you are ready to go to sleep. Sleeping with the skylight open while the wind comes in during the night makes for a refreshing night’s sleep. There is a smart tv and WiFi so you can cosy up in the evenings with a glass of wine and the dining room stool table was made bespoke so that it can fit between the windows when they are open so you can feel as if you are dining al fresco! There is a bath and a shower, with a silent extractor fan and skylight for more air if needed. My personal belongings will be locked in the eaves on the left hand side, as well as stored under the bed away from sight however books will be left out for you to enjoy! Other things to note There is self-check in so you can arrive when needed! There is an eaves cupboard through the bathroom for use to store your bags and clothes. There is also two small hanging rails on the side if you want to hang your clothes. Make use of the weights if you want to work out! The items on the side table by the sofa in the property are for aesthetics rather than use 🤩 Only two people would be allowed to use and sleep in the flat. Unfortunately no other guests would allowed due to neighbours and it is a chilled space so no parties.
