I am currently abroad and will not be there until August 22nd. be back in Berlin. The guest will be received by my sister-in-law who will be available for any questions. The guest's bathroom is not quite finished yet, the lock to the room still has to be installed and there is still building material in the separate staircase next to the loft. This is the reason why the price is heavily discounted at the moment. As soon as I'm back I'll immediately install the lock in the room, complete the bathroom within about 1 week and also empty the entrance within about 2 weeks. Since the apartment has 2 bathrooms, the guest can use the 2nd fully equipped bathroom during this time.
