Our villa, Le 130, has a heated indoor swimming pool in a fully glazed room. You can also enjoy a large terrace, a garden with a play structure and trampoline, many games and board games in the house. We leave our Thermomix TM6. The house is located 600 m from a small beach, a café restaurant overlooking the bridge, and a sailing school. Ideal for a family vacation, with friends and/or to discover Finistère! The space The house has two staircases, two areas, with on one side a games room/gym, the swimming pool, a bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining shower room, toilets, upstairs a bedroom with a double bed with adjoining shower room. A second staircase with three bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet. A bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed and possibility of a single bed and a bedroom with a single bed. Our kitchen is opened by a bay window with a partition on an 80 m2 terrace that has a table, chairs and a barbecue. A large fenced garden surrounds the house, a play structure with swing and hut as well as a trampoline will once again delight your children. Guest access Only the garage will remain closed.
