Muskoka Cottage- cheerful cottage in Severn Falls.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The space What can I say! We are very proud of our cottage. It is a greatly spacious house set up with 2 bedrooms on each side of the common area/ open space. That equates to 2 almost separate units with its own full bathroom. !! 2 elevated patios at the back, 1 open patio in the front equipped with a full bbq set with side burner. A great restaurant and a stocked grocery store within walking distance. A church nearby. The lot is a mixed slope/ wood/ clear one with bare muskoka rocks in places. Spectacular it is! Docks are private and boat friendly if you have one! Swim is Amazing! Guest access This is a private property on its own private lot and private docks. 65 ft of it. The lot is sloped with bare rocks, wooded area, flowery and cleared area, patios AND a toads pond! Other things to note All garbage and recycling should be taken away from the property upon checkout please. We provide life jackets of various sizes. Kayaks, paddleboard, Jon boat and oars. There are multiple options for seating inside and outside all around the cottage -back and front. Plus a firepit area. Cuttlery pots and pans are also provided. We have toaster, coffeemaker, water dispenser ( you can buy a bottle at the store nearby. A nicely stocked grocery store actually! A great restaurant is also within walking distance. Toilet rolls (4) are provided. The cottage is spacious and will most probably surprise all guests upon check in. The view from 3 of the 4 bedrooms are on the water. You will 😍 it!! But enough of spoilers!!!!! Come and see for yourself..!!!!! You can tell, we are very very passionate about our cottage. It is one of a kind.
