Sawmill Cottage is a delightful stylishly renovated hardwood home surrounded by beautiful gardens in the village centre of Tyalgum. Although the centre of the charming village is only a gentle stroll away the home feels nestled within the beautiful hills of the Wollumbin Caldera. Allow yourself to be reinvigorated by the peaceful energy of Tyalgum valley in this generously appointed and beautifully designed home. The space The heart of the home is created by the large kitchen dining area opening up to the spacious verandas overlooking the leafy gardens. Enjoy your morning coffee on the sunny daybed or relax by the warm fire inside. Share a home cooked meal at the generously sized timber dining table or alfresco in the private garden. The bedroom comes with a King bed, comfortably dressed in warm quality linen bedding ensuring a good nights sleep. If you need an extra bed, the Living Room sofa folds out to a double bed, extra blankets and pillows are aplenty too. Take comfort in the cozy living area, a beautiful spot to read in the afternoon light or enjoy a drink with a movie at night. The renovated bathroom opens out to the outdoor laundry and garden area with washing machine and dryer. Enjoy unlimited fast Wi-Fi, Netflix (Please note, we do not have free to air TV stations) Modern kitchen with new appliances, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, gas stove, Bluetooth speaker, outdoor fire pit, wrap around veranda with French doors to Living space. Please note, although we live in a rural area we still have neighbouring houses of the village so please be mindful of others. Guest access Guests will have full and exclusive access to our home. There is a private driveway with undercover carport for two cars. If heavy rain occurs please be careful around the front gate and driveway, it can get wet and sloshy! Please note, the carport side shed is locked for owners private use only. Other things to note Due to the recent flooding in our region, Tyalgum Road is now under repair.
