Cozy townhouse right by the beach and mountains

Relax with the whole family in this rural townhouse. There's plenty for the kids and the whole family to do here. You can play in the garden, play basketball or table tennis. Five minutes walk to the nearest beach/swimming area and just as close are forests and mountains. Great hiking opportunities. There is a small playground right outside and a larger playground and football field 150 meters away. Free parking and good bus connections, 15-20 minutes to Bergen city center. The house is located in a charming and quiet street. The space Cozy townhouse built in the 50s. Many details from that time have been preserved. The houses in the street are called the adventure houses. You can go straight out into the garden from both the kitchen and the living room, and the house is perfect for hide and seek (especially the hiding place under the stairs - recommend it for the little ones). The living room is spacious with a good dining area and sofa with TV on the wall. The dining table can be converted into a ping pong table if you want to play after dinner. The bedrooms have distinctive windows that let in a lot of light. And when you want to sleep - just pull down the roller blind. In bedroom 1 there are two separate 80 cm wide mattresses put together to form a double bed. In bedroom 2 there is a frame mattress that is 140 cm wide. It is also possible to convert the sofa into a double bed if you wish. The bathroom is on the second floor right next to the bedrooms. It's exactly as big as you thought was necessary in the 50s. The kitchen has everything you need. Here you can just use what you want of basic goods and make delicious meals. The garden has both a dining area and a trampoline and a large playground for young and old. Here you can just let loose. You can park your car (free of charge) just outside. Nearby there is also a small playground for the smallest children, with slide/slide and swing/swings. There's also a basketball hoop here, so just try it out. Guest access As a guest you will have access to the whole house except one bedroom and one storage room. Other things to note Public transport: Bus number 19 runs from Åsane/Bergen city center. This runs regularly and it takes about 15-20 minutes from Bergen city center. The nearest bus stop is Tømmervågen. Mountain tours: The nearest mountain hike is Orretua. This takes approx. 1.5 hours from the house, a round trip and back. I can also recommend Ulskebjørnen. You have to drive a few km to get there. The hike is six km, with a few hundred meters of ascent. Vidden is a classic! This is about 15 km. Check out.no for specific routes for these trips or ask me for recommendations. Beaches: There are three beaches just nearby. Within walking distance you will find Tømmervågen, five minutes away by car you will find Helleneset. Vollane is also just a few minutes away by car. Barbecue: There is a charcoal grill in the garden and this can be used. Games and play: We have a variety of games and play equipment inside and outside. Among other things, various garden games.
