Located directly on the dream path, a nice romantic path in Ochtendung, with other romantic dream paths nearby, the accommodation offers a wonderful opportunity to enjoy nature. Furthermore, beautiful bike paths lead on quaint railway tracks to beautiful destinations. The following destinations are ideal for excursions: Lava Dome Mendig/Lake Laach Geysir Andernach Koblenz, old town and Deutsches Eck Bendorf Climbing Park Eltz Castle and Wernerseck Brohltalbahn DB Museum in Koblenz Rhine and Moselle The space Short description: - Electric charging station 200 meters away - Own access through the shared conservatory - Basement, therefore pleasantly cool in summer, in winter bring slippers if necessary. - Induction hobs in the shared and unheated sunroom (in the room itself only kitchen without stove) - own doorbell for your visit or the pizza boats - egg boiler - Toaster - Kettle - Pad coffee machine, also filter coffee machine on request Microwave with grill function - Fridge - High-quality office chair, keyboard, mouse (shared printer for a fee) on request. - Hair Dryer - Bed with soft topper - Bed linen and towels are provided - Walk-in shower The space about 4x6 meters contains - a small dining area (table, 2 chairs) - two beds, which can also be separated on request - a kitchenette with fridge, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, toaster and dishes. - Induction hot plate (2) and microwave in the shared conservatory adjoining the room Bed: The bed is 1.70 x 2 meters and is provided with a 7 cm high topper for a good sleep. Additional blankets are available. Upon arrival, the bed is freshly made. There are replacement linens for longer stays. Bathroom: Private bathroom with walk-in shower, completely new and modernly renovated. The towels will be provided with freshly laundered. For longer stays, there are exchange towels. The room is a non-smoker room. Smoking is allowed only outdoors. We love animals, but can't let our own cat and dog bring their own animals for the benefit of our own cat and dog. Basement, therefore nice temperature in summer. There are still small windows overlooking the garden. Since we did not install a carpet for hygienic reasons, we advise to bring slippers with us. Of course, Wi-Fi is available in the guest room. TV works via satellite. You can also connect your own laptop via HDMI cable. - For security reasons, our front door outside and our back entrance in the conservatory are monitored by cameras. It is not possible to register as a residence. Guest access Private access via our shared conservatory. Parking is available free of charge on the street in front of the house. For security reasons, our front door is camera-monitored outside. During your stay We are happy to welcome you personally. But contactless access is also no problem and completely ok for us. In the guest room, there is a folder with all the necessary information, so that a personal tour is not absolutely necessary. Otherwise, I (Christiane) work from home and am therefore usually available during the day, apart from meetings. We also see Airbnb as a way to meet new people and cultures. We are happy to give tips for activities or help with language problems. Even those who just want to improve their German with us or get to know the people in addition to the country will find us to be open-minded hosts. If you like animals, you are welcome to join us on the daily walk with our dear dog. But even those who just want to have their peace are of course welcome here. Other things to note During the week there is good bus connection to the surrounding places. Koblenz, Mayen hourly. Polch, Andernach, about every 2 hours. In the village itself there are 2 supermarkets, playgrounds, delicious ice cream, an upscale bourgeois restaurant, a pizzeria, an Asian restaurant, a kebab snack bar, a lovingly run café, a Kik market and various small lovely shops with gift and decorative items. Bicycles brought along can be parked in our locked conservatory. From here beautiful bike tours are possible. Parking on the street or in the nearby parking lot.
