I am happy to host you in this small cozy and perfectly equipped apartment, classified as a 3-star tourist furnished apartment, created in June 2022, ideal for 2 or 3 people; surrounded by greenery, with its parking, private terrace and access to the shared garden with deckchairs and children's games. Ideal for your holidays or business trips, close to shops and tourist places: 3 min from the Gorges de la Méouge, 7 min from Laragne Montéglin and 20 min from the center of Sisteron... The space You will appreciate its pretty living room "living room, dining room, kitchen" and its large room with bathroom and toilet. I offer you 1 queen size bed and 1 bed in 90 but on request the queen bed turns into 2 small beds (ideal for 3 co-workers, cousins, friends...), be sure to specify it. In summer you can enjoy the 4-person outdoor hot tub, only with prior reservation, subject to availability and weather conditions, with an additional charge (1 hour for 1 person: €20 or up to 4 people for 2 hours: €50). Ideal for recharging your electric vehicle: a reserved space with a domestic outlet (on request, a meter allows you to charge the kwh in the real, at 35cts/kwh). Guest access I'll usually be there to welcome you. Other things to note On site, you will find a Senseo coffee maker with a few pods, tea and basic condiments, a gas plancha for the barbecue. A washing machine is available on request as well as games for children, books, a raclette or fondue machine... Don't hesitate! Please note that the accommodation accommodates up to 3 people, but the price of the accommodation varies according to the number of guests (for linen, shower, cleaning, etc.), please enter the number of guests in your request. To offer you quality services, I have been trained in wellness and energy massages with oil, and I have obtained my "HACCP Hygiene" and "catering license" authorizations to offer you breakfasts and/or full meals.
