This centrally located, family friendly, updated beach resort is a 2min walk to the soft sandy beach where you can play, swim and soak in some vit D. A 10min walk north on Ocean Blvd., takes you to Main Street where you’ll find restaurants, shops and lively entertainment. Take a 25min drive to Myrtle Beach where you can enjoy even more activities. And entertainment. The perfect vacation destination…the beach is calling! The Bell Anchor, located on the 3rd floor, is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo that can sleep up to 6 people. The bathrooms come stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap for your convenience. The full kitchen includes dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, a coffee maker, kettle, air fryer, blender, toaster and some spices. Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened-in balcony as you overlook the crystal clear resort pool or Ocean Blvd. Both bedrooms and living room include a TV with standard cable. There is a dedicated workspace in the second bedroom and the condo is equipped with free Wifi. USB charging ports are located in the kitchen and on the bedroom lamps to charge all your electronics. The unit comes with a full sized front loader washer and dryer and laundry detergent is provided. Towels and bathing suits can be hung on the clothes lines and hooks located out on the balcony. Parking is located right at the bottom of the stairs across from the pool. The driveway entrance/exit to the unit is located conveniently near the corner of 6th Ave. S and Ocean Blvd. You have access to the pool from 9am until dusk. There are BBQ grills located in the grassy area beside the building. This is also the area where dogs can go and do their business. Garbage and recycling bins are located on Hillside Drive. Guest parking is located on the perimeter of the unit in parking spaces that are not marked with a unit number on the curb. Guests will need a guest parking pass placed in the window. Guest passes are located in the bottom drawer in the kitchen. Unit E20 is located on the top floor (3rd floor). There is no elevator. You have the best parking spot for E20…first spot at bottom of stairs. A parking pass must be displayed during your stay. Please leave on the kitchen counter as you check out.
