Perfect for working from home or commuting to anywhere in the DMV. Walking distance from NIH, and only a 10-minute walk to the hustle of Downtown Bethesda. Other things to note A few things to note: This building (like many older buildings) uses central heating and air conditioning. This means that the building is heated during the winter and cooled during the summer. The temperature in your space is controllable within these parameters using a thermostat, but you do not have full flexibility (e.g. you cannot use AC in March). If you are particularly sensitive to temperature and hot or cold, please reach out to me before booking! Laundry rooms are located on every floor (just a couple doors down from the apartment), and each contains two washers and two dryers. I provide laundry tokens free of charge, and there are always several machines open. There is no laundry inside the unit. Finally, the building requires new residents to register their name and contact info upon move-in and sign a lease stating that they've booked on Airbnb for the building’s records. This is a building-wide safety measure and outside of my control. I provide all information and paperwork pre-filled (as much as possible) for your convenience!
