Lake Płaskie is covered by a quiet zone, surrounded by a lush forest complex of the Landscape Park full of numerous lakes and bicycle routes. The house is rented for weekly stays – from Saturday to Saturday. The day lasts from 5:00 p.m. on the day of arrival to 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. The space The house is bright, spacious and comfortably furnished. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the building (including electronic cigarettes). The house is 100 sq m, located on a plot of 7,000 sq m, and has a coastline of Lake Płaskie. The coastline allows direct access to the water by kayak or rowboat. The muddy bottom prevents bathing in this place. A safe, clean bathing area is about 100 meters from the property. On the plot there is a fish pond with its own pier and a spacious covered shed with a fireplace. Jerzwałd is a quiet, non-tourist village where Zbigniew Nienacki – the creator of Mr. Samochodzik – lived and worked for years. Guest access The property consists of: - a living room located on the ground floor, connected to the kitchen; in the living room you will find a sofa bed and a fireplace (the so-called goat); - a bedroom with a double bed (upstairs); - a bedroom with two single beds (upstairs); - a bedroom with four single beds and a sofa bed (upstairs); - bathrooms with bathtub (upstairs); - toilets (upstairs); - bathrooms with shower and toilet (on the ground floor); - two covered terraces – from the front and at the back of the house (the latter has a stone barbecue).
