Nice room near the airport, IFEMA

Room in a shared apartment, close to the airport and IFEMA, downtown Madrid is 45 minutes away by public transport and 20 minutes by taxi. The room has a double bed with a closet, lock on the door with keys. The use of the room and bathroom is shared with the owner. In the kitchen you can use the dishes, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and there is room in the fridge to store food. Order and cleanliness must be taken care of. The space It is an apartment with 2 bedrooms, one for guests, the other is a residence and the common areas are shared, so the guest is asked to comply with the house rules. NO SMOKING, take off your street shoes, don't make noise... Guest access They have a nice, clean room for sleeping just for guests, and the living room is shared. You can prepare something basic in the kitchen, use the microwave and coffee maker, use the shared bathroom with shower gel, towel and hairdryer. During your stay You'll have my personal phone number so that you can contact me if you need anything, and sometimes I'll be around the house. I'll be available to make your stay pleasant. Other things to note Check-in hours are from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm. You can't cook at home, but you can have food prepared for consumption.
