This family-friendly home WITH A BRAND NEW POOL/SPA is perfect for family and friends to gather and enjoy the best of Oak Island. This quiet, but centrally-located spot is 0.7 miles (10 min. walk) to the beach, & just a few minutes walk to plenty restaurants, sweet treats, shops, grocery store, & more. You'll love having room for up to 12 guests w/3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, pool&spa, a sunroom, fully-equipped kitchen, front & back porches, living room, laundry room, workspace, & huge garage w/games! The space This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath has impressive space for your group to enjoy time at home or exploring all of the fun and sun that Oak Island has to offer. LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN/DINING AREA: The open living room, kitchen, and dining areas will be perfect for your whole group to gather, share a meal, and relax after the beach. SUN ROOM: Located off of the primary bedroom on the first floor, this space includes a roomy sectional that turns into a sleeper sofa, sleeping up to 2 guests. BEDROOMS: The first floor, primary bedroom includes a King bed and an attached full bath. The second bedroom, located on the second floor, offers a Queen bed as well as a twin daybed with a twin mattress trundle. The third bedroom (we call this the “bunk room”) includes a queen size bed with a twin-over-full-size built-in bunk bed. All bedrooms have clothing storage, both dressers and closets for you to unpack and make our home your own, even for a short time. OFFICE WORKSPACE: Located in the foyer on the second floor, if you DO have to work while on vacation at our place, you’ll have a comfortable, somewhat private space to do so. You can enjoy tons of light in this sunny space. FRONT PORCH: Sip your morning coffee or watch the evening sunset in our rocking chairs, or lounging area. BACK PORCH: A screened in porch out back is a great place to step outside and breathe in the salty air. This porch includes a small high-top table, for an outdoor meal. You have a great view of the pool deck from this perch! POOL AREA: Relax after the beach in and around the brand new, in-ground pool and spa. With turf and landscaping surrounding the pool, this oasis will be the perfect addition to your vacation. The pool area offers lounge chairs, a dining set, and umbrellas for some extra shade on those hot summer days. You’ll also have the ability to connect to Bluetooth speakers in the pool area, to really set the vibes for your pool or beach day. The outdoor shower, next to the pool deck, is the perfect place to rinse off the day (and sand). Guest access You’ll have full access to the entire 2 story home, garage, front and back yards (including private pool area). Other things to note We require guests who rent our home to be at least 21 years of age. Quiet hours are 9pm-8am. We normally ask that guests have one positive review from another host before booking with us. Questions about this? Shoot us a message!
