Our location is a 3-minute drive from the ValParaíso neighborhood, a place with several options of quality restaurants, supermarket, etc. The space Are you looking for peace and quiet? Our little place is the ideal spot to relax. Space that accommodates up to 6 people, kitchen equipped with the main everyday utensils, stove, microwave, refrigerator and mini wine cellar. Fireplace with electric lighter, barbecue, Wi-Fi and TV. American-style living room, 3 bedrooms (1 of the bedrooms is an en-suite with a closet) and 2 bathrooms. Spacious house with lots of greenery, birds and a beautiful tropical garden at the entrance, and a backyard with a beautiful view. Great for a picnic. Noise-proof windows, providing a lot of silence and warmth. Perfect place to work remotely or rest. House equipped with sofa, armchairs, tables and comfortable structure. 1 parking space (not covered). Guest access The guest will have access to a garden at the entrance to the house and an uncovered parking space. To access the house, you need to climb a flight of stairs. You will have access to the main entrance balcony, two living rooms, a living room with an American kitchen, three bedrooms (1 suite) and 2 bathrooms. Covered barbecue area, backyard with kennel and a green area at the top of the house. Fruit trees and palm trees make up the perfect setting. Other things to note Access to the house is via a flight of stairs with a handrail. There is currently no wheelchair access. The windows do not have nets and care must be taken with children.
