The location of the house means that both Kolmården and the East Coast with archipelago are easily accessible by car. Welcome! The space The accommodation consists of an entrance floor with social areas - sofas, armchairs and a large dining area. Newly-renovated with plenty of porcelain, kitchen appliances, etc. On the entrance floor there is also an inner and an outer hall as well as a toilet. Exit directly to the balcony from the kitchen. On the upper floor, there are two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other is a children's room with two single beds, one of which is a crib (changing table). The other bed (in the sleeping cabin) is an adult bed. On the upper floor, there is also a hallway with an armchair and a large bathroom with toilet, shower, bathtub and changing table. The stairs are childproof with gates both upstairs and downstairs. In the basement there is a guest room with a double bed as well as a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. There is room for more than 6 guests if you can imagine sleeping on a mattress on the floor in one of the rooms, in which case, please contact us first so we can prepare it. Outdoors, there is a large terrace with a pergola, large dining table, lounge furniture, sun beds and a gas grill. In the garden there is a playhouse, hammock, sandbox and swings. The garden is flat and surrounded by fences and hedges. There are plenty of shrubs, trees and other vegetation in the garden. Blankets, pillows and sheets are available in the house to borrow. Large towels are brought by the tenant but small towels and kitchen towels are available. Before departure, the guest cleans the used areas. Other things to note Smoke and animal-free, no pets allowed during the stay. Smoking takes place outdoors.
