BACHELOR AND HEN PARTIES are not allowed at the getaway, our villa is a family home and not a party venue The space L'Escapade, located in St Coutant Le Grand is fully air-conditioned (heated by heat pump system and pellet stove in winter) ideal for 12 people, possibility of adding baby cots (8 adults and 4 children) You will have 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 powder rooms at your disposal Several activities are available: Inside, FOOTBALL TABLE, Darts and various games for adults and children Outside, a garden with a year-round heated jacuzzi and saltwater pool, also heated (not heated from November to May depending on outdoor temperatures), perfect for relaxing after a day spent discovering our beautiful region. The garden also consists of a trampoline, sandbox and games available (molky, darts...). Several amenities are at your disposal, Wi-Fi, Disney+, Netflix. The kitchen is fully equipped, you can then enjoy meals around a living room table as well as an outdoor table.
