Location: Wind Residences sits along Aguinaldo Highway in the heart of Tagaytay. Everything is within walking distance or a quick tricycle ride: • Sky Ranch — 2 min walk • Robinsons Tagaytay — across the street • Bag of Beans, Starbucks, bulalo restaurants — 5 min • 7-Eleven and convenience stores — ground floor and nearby • People’s Park in the Sky — 10 min • Taal Vista Hotel / Picnic Grove — 15 min Check-in: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM Check-out: 12:00 noon Guest access Guest ID Requirement All guests are required to submit a valid government-issued ID at least one (1) day prior to check-in. This is necessary to process the required Guest Authorization Form with building administration. Please note that failure to provide IDs in advance may result in a 1–3 hour delay at check-in, as authorization will need to be processed on the day of arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Check-in Information Guests will be assisted by our caretaker during check-in between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent on the day of your confirmation of booking. Self check-in is available only if the Guest Authorization Form has been fully processed at least one (1) day prior to arrival. Rice cooker, microwave oven, bread toaster are available. You can bring outside foods or order food delivery. HOUSE RULES: 1. Check-in: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Late check-in (after 5 PM) by prior arrangement only. 2. Check-out: 12:00 noon. Please leave the unit as you found it. 3. No smoking inside the unit. Smoking in designated building areas only. 4. No parties or events. Maximum of 4 guests. 5. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM — this is a residential building. 6. No pets allowed. 7. Pool access is available at the building amenity area (₱150 regular days/ ₱300 holidays). Please follow building pool rules. 8. Do not leave appliances running when you leave the unit (aircon, lights, TV). 9. Lost keys will be charged ₱500 for replacement. 10. Any damage to furniture, appliances, or fixtures beyond normal wear will be charged to the security deposit. PARKING FEE: Building charges ₱50 first 4 hours, ₱50/hr after, max ₱1,050 for 24 hours, plus ₱300 overnight surcharge (1:30 AM – 6 AM). For your Airbnb guests (check-in 2 PM / check-out 12 PM): 1 night = ₱1,200 2 nights = ₱2,550 (₱1,275/night) 3 nights = ₱3,900 (₱1,300/night) Charge a flat ₱1,200 per night parking fee. Payment are directly settled with Building Administration.
