One good size bedroom with a double bed and fitted bedroom furniture and a further twin bedroom. Two steps down to the bathroom with shower over bath and W.C. There is a small private court yard and sitting area at the back of the property. Other things to note Pets - 2 well behaved dogs accepted at £30 each/week which is not included in the booking price. Please let us know after booking so we can add the separate fee via Airbnb Unrestricted roadside parking along the lane in front of the cottage. Alternatively, Manor Road long stay car park is a 5-minute walk away. Tickets are £25 per week and cover all East Devon council car parks.
