Bike friendly neighborhood and a quiet street but close to amazing restaurants, bars and shops! Kids will love the playground in the park. One bedroom with queen bed and a double bed in a nook off of the living area. Kitchen is a wet bar with microwave, full fridge, coffee maker, hot plate. Shared backyard! The space The apartment has high ceilings and feels very open and spacious! Large egress windows provide light and can be opened for fresh air. The wet bar has a toaster, microwave, hot plate, full refrigerator, coffee maker but no oven. Due to the nature of being in a basement, you may hear us walking around and hear water running through the pipes, but we are a quiet couple and try to keep noise to a minimum. We have one sweet pup, Flora, who you might meet out in the yard! She barks to say hello but is extremely sweet and chill. Guest access For longer stays, feel free to use the washer and dryer which is a shared space. Backyard is a shared space too, so in summer months you may see us out there.
