“Serenity” is a cozy cottage for coastal adventures in Surfside Beach, SC (aka “The Family Beach”). Approximately 1 mile to Surfside Beach, 4 miles to Myrtle Beach State Park and Murrells Inlet Marshwalk, 8 miles to Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Huntington State Park and Brookgreen Gardens, and within a couple of miles to various golf courses. Choose to start your mornings watching the sunrise at the beach, afternoons fishing, tanning, and surfing at the two state parks or walking around the gardens and zoo at Brookgreen Gardens, and evenings at the Surfside Pier or Myrtle Beach Boardwalk enjoying a delicious funnel cake while listening to the waves crashing or Murrells Inlet Marshwalk walking the boardwalk along the natural saltwater estuary, surrounded by food and live music. “Serenity” is a clean, comfortable and chic adobe with 1456 sq. ft. 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom with an open living, dining and kitchen area and a large deck, patio for grilling, and private fenced backyard. Bedroom 1: King Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Two Twin over Full Bunkbeds (Max weight limit - upper bunk twin bed is 150lbs / Max weight limit - lower bunk full bed is 350lbs) Indoor Living Flat-screen Smart TV’s: In the great room (70" Roku HD Smart TV) and all bedrooms (40” Roku HD Smart TVs), including basic cable. There is also high speed internet and ceiling fans (all bedrooms, great room and mudroom). Kitchen: Fully equipped with cooking basics (i.e., dishes, glasses, coffee cups, silverware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, baking pans, grilling utensils, outdoor dishes and cups), microwave, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker (pot or single), rice cooker, dishwasher, freezer (stand alone), and countertop seating. Sunroom: Island with seating for four overlooking the backyard, bench and entryway hooks for hanging wet towels and storing beach shoes after a day at the beach. Board games, cards, and beach toys are provided. We ask that guests make sure that all game pieces are accounted for so that the next guests can enjoy too! Outdoor Living: The front deck is furnished with Adirondack chairs. The side deck is furnished with a picnic table, patio sofa and chairs. The fenced in back yard is complete with a patio, rocking chairs, gas grill, and corn hole boards. There are so many wonderful options within a short walk, run or drive. CLEANING We ask that you empty out the refrigerator and stand alone freezer, take out the trash, load all dirty dishes into and run the dishwasher. Bedspreads, pillows, blankets, and mattress pads are provided. As part of your reservation, we have included a linen service. It does not include beach towels, beach chairs, or beach blankets, please don’t forget to bring those with you.
