Laurelea - Beautiful home in central location

Laurelea is my haven of peace and serenity in a secluded but central spot of the Cooloola Coast, that is Gympie. I've spent years here, working, relaxing, it's my home away from home - and like me and every guest who has stayed before, you'll never want to leave. This property is an ideal retreat, for commuters, travelers, bridal prep or visiting family. The space Laurelea is a generous home for up to 6 guests. Ideally suited for multiple couples, large families & Bridal prep with it's spacious rooms. This old Lady has been lovingly renovated, you only need to bring your clothes and food, all linen is supplied. Enjoy exploring the town and surrounds, but make sure you are back for sunset drinks, nibbles and lounging on the quaint verandah. The home has been styled with careful attention to detail and lots of homely comforts. Utilise the full kitchen or enjoy a coffee & treat at my favourite cafe a stones' throw away - Soma Soma. Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations. Guest access Facilities include: Flat screen Smart TV and DVD player. Log into your favourite streaming service and watch your shows. There is a range of DVDs to choose from and a Library of reading books. Kitchen: Coffee, tea, sugar, milk and filtered water (via second sink tap) provided. Electric oven/cooktop, AirFryer, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, crockery, all utensils, Coffee machine/coffee pods, pots and pans. Laundry: Washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, ironing board. Washing powder provided complimentary. The Laundry is located at the back stairs, opposite the kitchen fridge. Shampoo, soap, body wash and toilet paper provided. Hair dryer. There are two bathrooms hosting a toilet in each. Secure garage parking is available for 1 vehicle and off street parking for a further 3 vehicles. Please do not park on the lawn. Situated walking distance between 2 of Gympie's iconic pubs (3 minute walk to the closest), both offering food and Bottleshop. The local shops and 3 shopping centres are only a short drive away as well. WiFi is available for you to use. Other things to note This property is NOT suitable for pets regardless of how well trained they are (the property is not completely fenced thus is not secure). Pets are strictly not permitted indoors so please don’t request permission as the answer will always be no.
