The space The space is a secondary private basement unit with its own entrance. Guest access The guests will have access to their own separate private suite, with its own separate entrance. Other things to note We treat our home with respect by following our house rules: -We have a strict no pet / no party / no smoking (incl. vapes, e-cigs) / no drug policy. Please treat our home and neighbours with respect. -Guests are liable for any damage and/or injuries. -We have surveillance cameras installed outside the property for the safety of our guests and property. There are no cameras in the guest suite. -We are located in a quiet residential neighbourhood and quiet hours are enforced from 10PM-8AM.
