My space is close to the Lençóis Maranhenses National Park and is located in one of the best resorts in the region, with several leisure options – swimming pool, wet bar, marina with pier, restaurant, playroom, sauna, ballroom, game room, sports court, gym. The space The Flat is located in Lençóis Flat Residence, a resort located entirely on the banks of the Preguiças River, and which has the structure to offer maximum leisure and entertainment. It consists of: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed and wardrobe; Living/dining room (no air conditioning in the living room) with sofa bed for 2 people (small sofa, we recommend 1 person only); TV and table with 3 chairs; An open-plan kitchen for small meals with a minibar, sink, microwave and some kitchen utensils such as glasses, plates, microwave-safe containers and cutlery. 1 bathroom Balcony overlooking the forest. The flat accommodates 5 people well, 3 in the bedroom and 2 in the living room. But it can accommodate up to 6 people. For these cases, bring an extra mattress/mattress pad, bed and bath linens. The hotel provides these items for 3 guests only). Breakfast NOT included.
