Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, yard, and driveway, with private front, back, and side entrances. Parking Driveway parking for 2–3 vehicles, depending on size. No street parking is permitted at any time. Please use the driveway only. Other things to note 🐾 Traveling With Pets We welcome responsible pet owners. Guests are fully responsible for supervising and cleaning up after their pets, both indoors and outdoors. Pets must use the outdoors for bathroom needs; please clean up promptly. Pets are not permitted on furniture, towels, or bedding, and are not allowed in the hot tub. Pet supplies (towels, bowls, beds) are not provided. The backyard is fenced; however, it is not guaranteed to be escape-proof. Pets may not be left unattended or allowed to bark in a way that disturbs neighbors. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive pet-related cleaning is required beyond standard turnover. 🌿 Living With Nature The home is located in a semi-wooded area of Greenwood Lake. Please store food properly and avoid leaving food out, especially during warmer months. Outdoor food should not be left unattended. Trash cans must remain secured to prevent wildlife. The property is professionally serviced with regular pest control. 🗑️ Trash & Recycling Schedule Trash & Recycling: There is trash and/or recycling pickup during your stay. The cans are located behind the house. One can is for trash and one is for recycling and they are clearly labeled. Trash pickup is Wednesday mid-morning and requires the can to be rolled to the curb. If you are staying during this time, please roll the can out in the morning and return it later the same day. Recycling follows the same process and is collected on Friday. Please release the strap when placing the can at the curb. Failure to ensure trash and/or recycling is properly put out may result in an outside contractor being sent for pickup, at the guest’s expense. 🏊 Complimentary Lake Access Guests enjoy complimentary access to Thomas P. Morahan Waterfront Park, located a short walk or drive away. Five (5) passes are provided for guest use. Please return all passes at checkout; replacement fees apply for missing badges. 🚗 Parking All vehicles must be parked in the driveway only. The driveway accommodates 2–3 vehicles, depending on size. Street parking is not permitted. ⚠️ Safety & General Use Children must be supervised at all times, especially near stairs and the hot tub. Guests use amenities, including the hot tub and lake access, at their own discretion. 🌡️ Heating Thermostat operating range is 68–75°F.
