Welcome to your home away from home! You will be close to everything the County has to offer when you stay at this beautiful home. Spacious & bright inside with a picturesque backyard and fire pit outside. 10min drive to Sandbanks beach (pass incld). Enjoy a 5min walk to Bloomfield Public House for breakfast or a sunset stroll to Flame & Smith for dinner. BONUS Room can be a dedicated office or bunk room for 2 kids. Parking: 3 cars, laundry & kitchen w/ dishwasher. The space Guest have access to the entire house and enter via smart lock key pad. Although we live nearby, should you need anything, guest have total privacy and can come and go with ease. There are 2 bedrooms and a den with a door which can be set up as an office or kids room. The backyard is big and shady with fantastic farm views, however, it is not fully fenced. The home is incredibly cozy and perfect for one or two families who want to explore the county. We are walking distance (5min) to downtown Bloomfield for amazing food and shopping as well as AMF brewery and Matron Fine brewery. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need to whip up a quick breakfast or cook a gourmet meal. Coffee is French press or Kuerig. Please note, we do not have a microwave. The open concept living space has a table that seats 6 and enough comfy seating for all guests. The HD/4K tv and JBL sound bar are the perfect combo for movies on a rainy day or in the evening. Board games, books and cards can be used at leisure by guests. There is also a well stocked cabinet of wine glasses for a post dinner sip or two. The main bedroom is large with two closets, dresser and a king sized bed. The second bedroom is bright and spacious with a wardrobe and drawer. The den space has two stackable twin beds which turn into a day bed and a desk with chair and monitor. The basement has laundry facilities that are available to all guests. The home has a back up hard wired generator, so even in a storm, you will have power. The wi-fi is good but can run slow at times as we are in the country. This home really is the perfect spot for getting out and exploring the county. Situated between Picton and Wellington, you can reach either via 10min drive or 40min bike ride. With multiple PEC ‘must-dos’ in walking distance and all conveniences close by. We take pride in the cleanliness of the space.
