This beautifully finished accommodation is perfect for a relaxed stay on the gorgeous South East Cornwall Coast, just minutes from the beach and local amenities. Downderry is perfect for a stay in Cornwall, close to Looe and within easy reach of the North Coast or far West; maybe pop over the Tamar and visit some of the equally gorgeous coast and countryside of Devon. The space Little Island View is a studio apartment, with separate fully fitted kitchen area and small shower room. Comprising a comfortable living and sleeping area complete with TV, flame effect fireplace, Wi-Fi, bluetooth speaker, coffee table. King size bed with luxury bedding supplied, non hypoallergenic pillows and duvets. Enjoy your breakfast whilst admiring the breathtaking views from the kitchen ... blue seas and sky overlooking Looe Island and Hannafore in the distance.  The kitchen units are bespoke and handmade using 80% reclaimed wood.  Gas hob and electric oven, microwave, small fridge/freezer, and all the usual kitchen gadgets that you could need in your home away from home.   All the little basics that you might need to cook are also included in your kitchen. Small but perfectly functional, the shower room has a 'waterfall' shower unit, bespoke handmade reclaimed wood furniture and fittings and electric towel rail/radiator.   Bath and hand towels are included. Throughout the apartment there are pieces of unique fused glass art which have all been handmade by your host, Caroline. Guest access There is free parking available onsite which is level with the studio (please note, this parking area is up a narrow, fairly steep, unadopted lane). Pedestrian access to the property from the main road is up a flight of (36) steps. The beaches of Seaton and Downderry are within easy walking distance, as are local eateries and pubs. There is a regular bus service running through the village which connects with Liskeard and Torpoint (ongoing to Plymouth). Other things to note To the front of the apartment is a small outside area with seating ... perfect to enjoy an afternoon cream tea or a 'sundowner' as the daylight fades over Looe Island. This is an area separated from the outside area of the owner's garden by a gate. Located at the property, you will also find The Glass Shack which makes and sells unique fused glass art pieces and where you can also experience the delight in making your very own piece of glass art in a glass fusing workshop. We would also like to make guests aware that we have three Springer Spaniels who live on site and who are very friendly and will welcome you enthusiastically!
