Enjoy a large, comfortable living room, a private, fully-fenced-in yard, fully-stocked kitchen and bathroom, and amenities galore! This is an older, cape-cod style home, meaning you will need to walk through the smaller bedroom to access the main bedroom. There is a door separating the two spaces for added privacy. The stairs are narrow, and may be difficult for some to ascend. A pet gate and hand railing has been installed for your safety. Access to the entire home & yard (fenced and non-fenced). No access to the garage. No access to the basement/cellar. I’m available via phone or email for urgent and non-urgent requests. I am usually only minutes away, as is my maintenance crew. A quiet, residential neighborhood within view of Downtown. Close to shopping, entertainment, food, and the great outdoors. There are 3 off-street private parking spots in the rear of the property accessible by a number of alley access points. There is NO street parking, and NO parking on the front lawn.
