You're a short distance away from grocery, dining, highways, hospitals, & cities like New Albany, Johnstown, Pataskala, Buckeye Lake, Zanesville. The space Enjoy a large, comfortable living room, a private, fully-fenced-in yard, fully-stocked kitchen and bathroom, and amenities galore! This is an older, cape-cod style home, meaning you will need to walk through the smaller bedroom to access the main bedroom. There is a door separating the two spaces for added privacy. Additionally, there is a daybed on the first floor that can convert into a king size bed. The stairs are narrow and steep, and may be difficult for some to ascend. A baby/pet gate and hand railing has been installed for your safety. Guest access Access to the entire home & yard (fenced and non-fenced). No access to the garage. No access to the basement/cellar. Other things to note Please note that this is a very old home with low ceilings and VERY STEEP STEPS to both upstairs bedrooms. We've done our very best to make the space as comfortable as possible, and include baby gates to ensure safety for little ones while upstairs, but if mobility or accessibility are concerns for you, please reach out to us ahead of time and we'd love to help in any way we can! Additionally, if you’re here for 5+ nights and would like laundry services provided for you for a small fee, please let us know!
