You have to be comfortable with the maneuvers (a circular ramp is to be lowered and then you have to go back in the garage, see photo of the ad) Regarding the apartment, you will find a bright and spacious living room (35 m2), with its open kitchen and central island ideal for cooking while enjoying with the family. And a large solid wood dining table (6 seats) to enjoy your meals. There is a comfortable sitting area with a sofa, a flat screen TV (Canal+ at your disposal), and high-speed Wi-Fi. Cooking enthusiasts will also appreciate the fully equipped kitchen: stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge, coffee machine, toaster... You will have a large bedroom with a queen size double bed (160 x 200 cm), a desk with a screen perfect for teleworking, several cupboards for your personal belongings, and a private bathroom with bathtub (towel rail, hairdryer and washing machine at your disposal). The toilets are separated. There is also a large terrace (25 m2) accessible from the living area and the bedroom which has a table and chairs that can accommodate 6 people.
