This 1 bedroom, 1 bunk nook, and 1 bathroom cottage is newly renovated with a beautiful porch perfect for outside dining and sunsets. AND the waterfront canal is the perfect path to the bay on a kayak and paddle board OR just fish right off the bank of the yard. This cozy cottage is perfect! The space Private Waterfront Cottage - Centrally Located to Beaches, Colleges, Publix Sports Complex, Frank Brown Park Sports Complex, and Historic St Andrews. This is a small space, but well-suited for singles, couples, and small families. A family up to 4, or 5 with little ones, should not feel cramped. The main bedroom is a good size with one Queen bed, and the bunk nook with two Twin XL beds separates from the living space for privacy. We also have a full size sleeper sofa with fresh linens in the living area. The bathroom (shower only) is conveniently positioned to all sleeping spaces (see photos). Additionally, you will find the outdoor space adds to the indoor space. The spacious porch is divided into two parts. The front of the house is screened in for outdoor dining or just a little front porch sittin'. The side (backside) of the porch overlooks the canal and the open sky. It is a great place to sit and watch the ducks while you listen to the breeze that runs through the trees that surround the cottage. Please review pictures for spatial awareness. There are two public boat launches only minutes away and a small marina at the opening of the canal that this house rests beside. Interested in renting a kayak, or two? For an additional fee, you can rent kayaks while staying at Turtle Cove. It is a very peaceful, short ride down the canal to the open bay where you can watch a magnificent sunrise or sunset...or just spend a little time fishing and playing in the open water.
