Quiet bungalow for those looking for their perfect Northern Michigan get away. This home is conveniently located two blocks from the North Central State Trail head for snowmobilers and bicycle enthusiasts, and within walking distance of the seasonal bustle of Cheboygan’s downtown and shopping.  The outdoor enthusiast will appreciate the nearby hiking trails, access to Lake Huron, inland lakes and streams, as well as the boat launch at the start of the inland waterways located ¼ mile away. This fully remodeled 1080 sq ft home features an 800 sq ft deck perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing in the sun. Spanning the eastern and southern sides of the house, this space is perfect for a sunrise coffee and full sun all day. The interior includes an open concept design between the kitchen and family room to create a comfortable gathering space. The kitchen features updated energy efficient appliances, quartz countertops, basic cooking supplies (pots, pans, dishes, spices, etc). The family room includes a pull out sofa with a built in electric blow up (full size) mattress to be able to set your firmness level. Within the cabinet under the foosball table is a variety of board games and puzzles for those days where you just want to stay in and relax. There are two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has French doors providing direct access to the deck, a large closet and 55 inch tv. Both bedrooms have queen beds. The property is located on a dead end street. It is a quiet neighborhood made up of retirees and a couple of families. During your stay you will have full access to the house and property. You are welcome to use the grille and all of the features of the house. There is a shed on the back side of the house that is locked. This is the only area that is not included. This is a quiet neighborhood for the most part. During the school year the traffic on the Main Street becomes heavy in the early morning around 7:30a and around 3p when the high school lets out. Outside of these times, the neighborhood is quiet. The house has a private driveway. It is close to town and shopping centers. It is walkable, but if you are going to be doing any shopping, you would want to drive.
