Charming Ranch Stay Near Davis & UC Davis

This spacious home is perfect for families, visiting professors, equestrians, weekend travelers, or anyone looking to relax in a calm rural setting.The property offers a unique ranch atmosphere w open space and beautiful trees The space This is a working ranch.There are 2 homes. 1 is the airbnb and the other my daughter lives in.She is a horse trainer and has clients that come and take riding lessons. The rental house is off by itself however some noise from people coming and going. We have 2 men who help with the horses and maintain the grounds.Expect to see them doing yard work at the rental property as well as around the farm. They live on the property. Other things to note Please call me with any issues or problems. I do have 2 guys that live on property and do the yard work on a regular basis.They will mow the lawn, water and do outside maintenance Dogs are allowed as long as they: Do not get on furniture or bedding Are not aggressive Do not chase chickens, cats or horses There is a large fenced in yard for pets
