Downstairs includes a second living space and two more bedrooms. Home has 3 full bathrooms. No smoking or pets. The space Two story home with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, one has a bathtub. Back deck has chairs and patio table. Laundry on first floor. Three full size couches as well. Two bedrooms upstairs, two are downstairs. Our dining table seats 6 but we will leave extra chairs out. High chair available- just let me know. Guest access Whole house access minus a few closets and the utility room for our personal items. Garage is locked off as well, but we will leave the grill out for you! Other things to note We will provide charcoal grill- you provide the charcoal :) we will also provide basic TP, napkins, paper towel and soap, etc to get started.
