Big kitchen with center island and three bar stools for additional eating space. Big fridge and pantry. Fully stocked with plate wear, glass wear, pots, pans, silverware, crock pot, rice maker, baking sheets, tea kettle, kerig coffee machine, filtered water from refrigerator and an office with good natural light downstairs. Access to all except garage, master bedroom closet & one linen closet near bedroom 2. Will be available from 7am-9pm Monday- Sunday via text message. Can call my cell for emergency 24/7. Quiet, safe and beautiful new neighborhood. Friendly neighbors and very quiet in the evenings. Great place for evening or morning walks. Great view from backyard. Very open and spacious. Parking is never a problem here. Lots of space for cars, vans, motor homes and the occasional neighborhood gathering food trucks. Absolutely no pets. 8 guests max. $75 per guest per day exceeding the maximum 8 and must have written request approved by us. No shoes on living room carpet or the entire upstairs. Front door to remained closed except for entering and exiting. Sliding glass door can be left opened with screen being closed- do not want any bugs to get in the house. No garage access but three car driveway parking available. Lots of parking along the quiet street.
