Super retro style upstairs apartment! This is the top story apartment of a home built in 1898. It is just a 5 minute walk to downtown Lee's Summit! It is close to restaurants, coffee shops, family-friendly activities, shopping, bars and a whole slew of entertainment. You’ll love the space because of the location, the ambiance, and the people. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The space Come check out this amazing home built all the way back in 1898. Once entering you will be bombarded with enough old school nostalgia to satisfy you for days. Tons of windows let in a good amount of light which illuminates the recently restored hardwood floors nicely. The artwork adorning the walls have all been handpicked by the owner by primarily local artists. This place will set you back in time. With its funky colors to the old school furniture, it truly is a place you have to see in person to fully appreciate! Guest access You get the entire top story of this two story house. You can access it through the staircase on the backside of the home. Other things to note This has kind of a big staircase to reach the apartment. Just be away of that when carrying luggage and if you have children. The floors in this home are also not super well insulated so noice from the downstairs apartment can carry upstairs. We ask that you try to be courteous to other people staying in the home. A quiet time after 10pm is highly recommended. Also, there is a cot in the living room closet that can sleep one more adult if needed.
